New feature - Notifications: We created a script that quartlerly checks for HRIS changes in Banner. It will make some minor changes automatically and the rest of the changes will appears as notifications on that page. Notifications point out which occupant needs to be updated in which space. To see our workflow please view the attached flowchart.
Adding an occupant or principal investigator will now check if they haven't been assigned to a prorate and will not allow you to save the space till they have been assigned.
